Sociology is the study of the development, structure, and functioning of human society, and the study of social problems. In short, it’s about people, societies, and relationships; our communities, our cultures, and how we interact with one another. It also attempts to predict future patterns of changes in society to avoid social problems. If you are interested in people and how they act, and why our societies are the way they are, this is the course for you!
After completing the programme, successful candidates may progress onto multiple courses at University, as well as various employment opportunities within the industry.
Most courses are two years long unless otherwise stated.
