The A Level Health and Social Care course is designed for students who are interested in a career in the Health and Social Care industry. The programme includes a range of units all designed to provide the knowledge and skills required for working in Health & Social Care settings. You can choose whether to get a job straight away or go into higher education. If you decide to get a job, you could work and undertake further training in hospitals, residential homes or social services.
After completing the programme, successful candidates may progress onto multiple courses at University, as well as various employment opportunities within the industry.
Most courses are two years long unless otherwise stated.
